Savix pricing: the seat-count decision

Compare the license model against the people who actually draft, review and approve your responses.

USD. Starter is billed monthly per licensed seat; Team is a flat monthly subscription. Trial duration and payment requirements are shown during signup. Older RFP landing copy advertises a fixed trial; the current pricing page does not confirm that duration.

Trial: Trial available; duration and payment requirements at signup. Check the signup terms before providing payment information. Do not treat an older fixed-duration promotion as a current contractual term.

Subscription-only examples at three seat counts

Illustrative budget arithmetic uses the published USD monthly rates above, the stated seat caps and the same rate for 12 months. These are not annual-plan quotes, commitments, discounts or total ownership estimates. Taxes, services, future price changes and internal work are excluded. The Team amount stays flat only within its listed member allowance; this assumes the same headcount for the entire illustration.

The arithmetic treats every person in the Starter column as a licensed seat and the same people as members in the Team column. It does not establish that the plans have identical permissions or workflow. Confirm your actual mix of editors, occasional reviewers and administrators. No month-to-month cancellation right or annual commitment is inferred from these calculations.

Subscription cost is only one budget line

Work the team still owns

Budget source cleanup, answer ownership, approval time, connector administration and submission checks. Measure them with a representative response rather than assuming the product removes them.

Commercial questions still open

Obtain written onboarding scope and charges, support boundaries, storage and usage allowances, overage treatment, expansion beyond the member cap, renewal and exit conditions. Public plan labels are not an unlimited-usage promise.

Acceptance tasks before selecting the plan

  1. Write down which people draft, review, administer and approve. Ask Savix to map each role to the proposed plan and licensing rule.
  2. Import a redacted buyer workbook and an approved source pack. Include an expired statement and a question with no supporting source.
  3. Test evidence review, assignments and a rejected answer that needs revision. Confirm the decision history and access boundaries for ordinary reviewers.
  4. Have the submission owner inspect the final exported file. Log repairs and unresolved exceptions.
  5. Request a written quote that confirms the plan scope, cap, billing and exit terms. Add internal operating work to the subscription arithmetic.
